Our Client company is involved in designing, manufacturing and undertaking turnkey projects in Pharma & Chemical Plants & Equipments since 1986: Position : Sr. HR Executive Sector: Manufacturing Location : Vatva, Ahmedabad Experience : Minimum 5-6 years of experience Qualification: Masters with specialization in HR Salary : 4 to 5.40 Lac. P.A Working Days: 6 days (Tuesdays off) Roles & Responsibilities: Attendance & Payroll Management Recruitment of Staff as per company requirement.
To co-ordinate with HR consultant. To conduct induction program for newly joined candidates. To update & maintain all HR related records. Implement & manage HR Policies, Procedures & Performance Management System.
Establish system for Training & Development of Staff Members. Should have knowledge of statutory/legal compliance. Requirements Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving skills. Ability to work individually. Outstanding leadership skills. Good presentation and consulting abilities.
