Joining & Onboarding: Responsible for Employee onboarding and familiarization. Responsible for pre-employment, other employee related documentation and maintenance of personal file records.2. Employee Database & MIS: Input, Update & Maintain Employee Information in HRMS and prepare MIS reports for HR analysis.3. Leave & Attendance Management:a)Preparing monthly attendance of all In-house employees.b)Updating & maintaining leave records of all In-house employees.4. Letters & Correspondence: Have a thorough follow up and ensure all due Employee letters (Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Warning letters, Increment Letter, Separation Letter, etc.) are processed and handed over to the employee in time.5. Employee Relations: Maintaining cordial relations with all the Employees, Responding and solving their queries immediately. Communicating with the Employees on daily basis and counseling them whenever required.6. Performance Management System: Partake in the Annual Performance Appraisal activity and ensure it is well coordinated and executed by following due procedures and processes within stipulated timelines.7. Recruitment: Sourcing candidates from the best possible recruitment methods and techniquesSKILLS & COMPETENCY: 1. Good written and verbal communication2. Good computer skills. Must be well versed in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Presentation, MS Word, etc)3. Sound knowledge and full understanding of HR functions and best practices.4. Pleasant and confident disposition5.
