Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and distribution centres to promote and sell our FMCG products. positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. Results-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations. Identify potential customers and generate leads for new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales. Conduct product demonstrations and provide product knowledge to customers to enhance their understanding and confidence in our offerings. Handle sales inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service at all times. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitor analysis. Work closely with the sales team and management to implement sales strategies and achieve business objectives. Participate and handle in Exhibitions and events with Outsourced sales executives Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain ethical business practices. Requirements: Past experience in General Trade & Modern Trade Stores & A+ Outlets Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of FMCG products and the market landscape. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
