We are hiring a Sr Finance Analyst!!

Join the core group of founding members at the NTE India to build an organization from the ground up.

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Takes Ownership and drives development of P&L from different data Sources for Divisional Directors for Merch department.
• Develop Regional P&L using Adaptive for regional and store level P&L for Monthly, YTD (Year-To- Date) and Yearly reporting.
• Business Partnering and Cross Collaboration across multiple teams and with Stakeholders to work on projects from POC (proof of Concept) stage to delivering Financial Dashboard giving different KPI and Financial Performance measurements for the Sourcing department.
• Promotes and implements continuous improvements in processes including automation of reports.
• Provides decision support to business partners by reviewing key financial metrics to assess and address trends.
• Supports cross functional initiatives by gathering and reporting relevant financial data and metrics.
• Partners with others throughout the organization to provide analytical support which leads to interpreting and converting financial data into actionable information.
• Supports the budget and forecasting process for business functions. Assists with long-term planning.
• Prepare analysis and reports of operating and financial results.
• Keeps the supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems and related information necessary for effective management. Coordinates and communicates plans and activities with others, as appropriate to ensure a coordinated work effort and team approach.
• Performs related work as apparent or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance or accounting.
• At least 5 years of related experience in financial reporting or analysis.
• Experience with financial statements, financial modeling, and financial concepts.
• Budgeting, forecasting, month end processing, variance analysis
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and methods.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of Adaptive and PowerBI
• Ability to partner cross-functionally at various levels of the organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of levels throughout the company.
• Demonstrates Northern Tool + Equipments 12 Core Competencies.
