Job Summary

We are seeking Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager who will handle import and export function independently. The Senior Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager is responsible for handling duty free / duty paid import / domestic shipments. This role requires a deep understanding of import and export processes, documentation, compliance and record maintenance well versed with liaising with government authorities , CHA etc.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• EXIM - End to End coordination for Duty Free /Duty paid imports, Debonding of goods, Exports,
• Export- (Free of charge, Commercial, Repair/ Calibration purpose etc.)
• Insurance handling related to EXIM (Marine/Cargo)
• STPI, Customs & GST compliances
• Liaising with Govt. officials
• Invoice processing
• Material loading/unloading, Mathadi related coordination
• Transport related coordination
• Packing coordination

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor\'s / Master\'s Degree in SCM , EXIM Diploma.
• Overall 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in Engineering organization
• A deep understanding of EXIM processes
• Familiar with government portals, preferred working in Oracle Environment
• Excellent team player.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically the ability to communicate the appropriate message to the audience.
• Excellent use of English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Handson experience in handling all EXIM related government portals
• Dealing with Mathadi
• Ready to face challenging situations and stretched assignments
