Sr. Executive - Stores & warehouse
Job Title: Sr.Executive Stores/Ware house Division/Company/Entity: Assa Abloy Opening Solutions Pvt Ltd- SMI Jamnagar unit Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat Department: Stores and warehouse operations Reports to: Assistant Manager Sales, SMI Jamnagar. Position Summary
This position will be responsible to oversee daily operations of stores activities in Incoming outgoing, Dispatches, Invoicing and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Co ordinate with sales and various Production departments to push the dispatch activity.
- To report dispatch details to customers.
- Coordinate and follow up transporters for the shipments.
- Transporter bill checking and submission of invoices in accounts.
- Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the Dispatch.
- Review the Material receipt done in proper manners from All verticals.
- Review FG & maintained and make key decisions about stock control.
- Prompt resolution of various issues by interacting with concerned departments\xe2\x80\x99 In-charge/heads.
- Accurate & timely reporting to the management.
- To manage all the logistics & documentation activities belong to Dispatches.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage as per management instruction.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front 5S Activity.
- Ensure Stock taking activity done as per management instructions.
- Ensure adherence of PPE\xe2\x80\x99s in working environment.
Skills Required:
- Documentation knowledge.
- Have functional knowledge of factory operations.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
- Good grip on soft skills.
- Possesses a high level of integrity and ownership of responsibilities.
- Result oriented and strive for execution excellence.
- projects and activities on time.
- Any Graduate having minimum 10 years of Experience in similar or related field.
- Experience of dispatch replated documentation & certifications.
Additional Information: Travel extensively across customer geographies as well as factory at Jamnagar.
