EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Americas will offer innovative solutions to the complex problems of our
customers.
By working closely with the Operational and Research & Development departments of our
customers, our extensive network of pharmacists, chemists and experienced formulators deliver
a total product solution – compatible for today’s most demanding of manufacturing environments. Purpose of Job
Drive inside sales of pharmaceuticals portfolio in India and expand its customer base. Main tasks and responsibilities
 Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and
emails
 Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and
identifying sales opportunities.
 Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new
account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing
quotations.
 Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and
entering information.
 Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and
explaining stock-outs.
 Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items,
and explaining technical features.
 Providing market intelligence and insights on potential business opportunities
 Liaising with Customer Service Representative for sales orders and dispatch details
 Supporting payment collection and co-ordinating with customers and accounts receivable
team
 Expanding the portfolio with existing customers and generating new customer base
 Visiting existing and potential customers on a timely basis across the applicable geographical
scope
 Submitting timely reports w.r.t sales, customer visits and complying with the existing CRM
 Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints Key Attributes
 Ability to drive aggressive growth through project sales for the business unit
 Strong working knowledge in the sales function for a manufacturing organization and/ or a
distributor network.
 Team player with sound verbal/ written communication skills and a customer centric mindset.
 Ambitious, self-motivated, results driven and well-organized individual seeking a long-term

 Internal: CSR, Warehouse Team, Accounts Receivables, Technical Sevices, Sampling Team Reporting Structure
 Role Reports to: Regional Manager - Sales
 Positions that report into this role: None Essential Qualifications
 Full time graduate in Science/ post-graduate degree in Pharmacy
 Working and data analysis of CRM
 Conversant with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Essential Experience
 4+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sector
