Overview

Location - chennai

• Monitor and Complete all scaling up activities
• Work Environment: R&D Lab & Pilot Lab
• Identifying tollers / 3rd party manufacturers for product development

• Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans in discussions with the team.
• Determining project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; review quotes /bids from contractors.
• Determining project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Confirming product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Determining project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
• Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Controlling project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Controlling project cost by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
• Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, and recommending actions.
• Maintaining safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintaining project data base by entering and backing up data.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Handling pilot scale equipments such as coaters, dryers and designing of liquid plant lines

• BE / B Tech / Chemical engineering , Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent with 5 to 8 years of experience in process lab, R&D.
• Hands on Experience in Auto-CAD / Any other designing software
