Responsible for end-to-end attendance management system for all employees Managing the complete HRMS system for blue collared employees including development of new features and maintenance of existing system including resolution of issues, stake holders training and queries Responsible for managing and resolving the hardware and software related system issues (such as biometric device breakdown, device offline, etc) by coordinating with the respective vendor partners and stake holders Responsible for maintenance and sharing the accurate attendance, incentives, productivity, and any other workforce related data for payroll processing Conducting monthly audit and publishing the dashboard with the stake holders to ensure to increase the accuracy percentage in both attendance system and HRMS Responsible for automation of the HR processes by identifying opportunities for leveraging systems Setting up and updating of processes related to systems Communicating, Training and Guiding the regional team and respective stake holders on any new processes that have been implemented Appropriate closure of all internal and external audit clarifications with regards to attendance, blue collared HRMS system, biometric system, etc within the defined TAT Qualification UG Qualification Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG Qualification Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization Doctorate Doctorate Not Required - None Desired Candidate Profile Please refer to the Job description above
