Title Sr. Engineer - Fixture Design Qualification Diploma / Degree- DME / BE Mechanical Experience-Minimum 4 yrs Knowledge, skills & Abilities-Camworks, Solidworks, Creo Roles & Responsibilities 1. Candidate should have hands experience in Autocad & 3D Software (Camworks, Solidworks, Creo etc.) 2. Candidate should have hands experience in concept and design of mechanical and hydraulic fixture for machining, assembly and Gauge Inspection fixtures designing. 3. Good understanding of various Manufacturing processes, Resting, locating & Clamping principles 4. Good in GD&T and Drafting and Knowledge for Limit Fit & Tolerances, Geometric tolerances. 5. Materials used for Fixture design, welding symbol & Heat treatment process. 6. Ability to read and interpret product drawings. 7. Knowledge of foundry processes for design inputs like parting line, drafts, swelling, contraction allowance, pattern & core part of casting etc. 8. Knowledge about machines like VMC, CNC, HMC, 4th axis on VMC etc as a input for tooling design. 9. Good communication skill.
