- Job Title – Sr. Engineer /AM : Machine Testing, Inspection & Rework
- Location –Jaipur
- Education: Diploma/ B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Work Experience - 4~8 Years
Machine Testing/ Productivity/ Safety
- Controlling the overall machine inspection, testing and rework of equipment’s
- Monitoring of Testing Plan Vs Actual aligned with Production plan
- Manpower Management
- Testing of machine as per Takt time
- Awareness of Production planning & Control
- Daily review of machine testing w.r.t. Production target, Assembly faults, Field/Customer Issue, Testing Issue, Prepare & Implement corrective action and focus on process improvements.
- Quality process development & adherence from initial Assembly stage to Machine Finalization.
- Set-up & Adherence of Standard Operating Procedure for Machine testing, Inspection & Troubleshooting.
- Implementation of Safer work process for Testing & Finalization
