- Job Title – Machine Quality & Testing Engineer
- Location – Jaipur
- Education: ITI/ Diploma(Mandatory) in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Work Experience - 3-8 Years
Machine Testing / Productivity /Product Quality /Safety
- Machine Testing, Inspection & Rework as per defined TAKT
- Expert in Static & Dynamic testing of Mining & Tunneling machines
- Can Resolve Quality Problems: Hydraulic, Electrical & Mechanical independently
- Set-up & Adherence of Standard Operating Procedure for Machine testing, Inspection & Troubleshooting.
- Testing of machine as per Takt time
- Control and Adjust machine setting w.r.t defined parameters
- Safety precaution during Machine testing
- Make, Implement & Adherence of Quality Checks/ procedures in Assembly & Testing
- Field Issue Analysis & their action plan
Workmanship/ Skill development
- Provide Adequate information to the co-workers & Supervisors
- Sincere, Hardworking & Punctual at work, Learning attitude
- Can train the new team member
