OEL is looking out for a Sr. Engineer-OQC & Reliability at upcoming Green Field Plant in Hyderabad. The primary responsibility will be to take accountability of Outgoing Quality Control & Reliability of Ceiling & TPW Fans. This role will ensure that all systems are adhered as per best practices of OQC & Reliability including Digital Processing with IOT platform across industry.
Ideal Experience We are looking for young and dynamic Quality / Engg. Professional with experience of more than 8 Yrs. The candidate should have good and sound exposure of Outgoing Quality Control & Reliability Testing of Products in similar Industry. The Candidate should be essentially be from Fan Industry with hands on experience on Mechanical, Electrical and Reliability Testing of Ceiling and TPW Fans. Quality Instruments Air Delivery Tester, Noise Level Tester, Weather Test Chamber, Surge Tester, Ohm Testers, Multimeter etc., Preferable to have exposure in MES / IOT environment, Auto meteorology, GD&T. Should be well versed in SAP Hana 4, MIS presentation to Management. Should have Knowledge and Experience of SPC Studies, Quality Tools for Analysis, 8D/CAPA & Why -Why Techniques. Prefer to be a Six Sigma Quality Professional will be an added advantage. Outgoing Quality Control & Reliability

• Plan and execute Outgoing/Final Quality Inspection of Ceiling & TPW Fans.
• Plan and execute Reliability Tests as per Quality Plans.
• Execute detailed Tests on the Ongoing Production lots as per Production Order w.r.t. Sampling Plan
• Plan and Clear the Production Lots under Inspection in MES as per Lot UD.
• Work closely with Production, PPC, PQC, IQC, Purchase, VD and resolve issues on real time basis.
• Implement Kaizens in the Processes based on Critical Observations on Product Quality.
• Monitor and Improve Outgoing Quality Metrices.
• Closely work in MES enabled environment.
