  • 1. Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects.
  • 2. Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data. Assessing potential risks, materials and costs.
  • 3. Construction Site Responsibilities.
  • 4. Travelling.
  • 5. Technical Activities.
  • 6. Preparation of Reports and Schedules.
  • 7. Site Engineer for Health and Safety.
  • 8. Quality Assurance by Site Engineer.
  • 9. Communication and leadership duties.
  • 10. Assess project and its requirements.
  • 11. Assess the impact and feasibility of site due diligence, preliminary layout and up to the final engineering design.
  • 12. Prepare architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.
  • 13. Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.
  • 14. Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff.
  • 15. Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
  • 16. Lead and direct onsite construction teams.
  • 17. Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects and outside project developers and consultants.
  • 18. Manage deliverables on time and within the budget.
  • 19. Initiate and ensure standard civil engineering discipline in drawings and plans including geotechnical, wind and hydrology analyses.
  • 20. Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.
