- Ensuring that robotics Business are provided with the very best in sales technical support & ensuring that Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt Ltd has the best Application Department by being the one stop contact guy.
- Providing robotic support to our sales team to win all orders that we are in competition for & providing great guidance to our proposal estimators and generators to create world class proposals to our customers.
- Providing great clarity on the technical specifications of each robotic project for continually learning, understanding the latest in technological in robotic processes in machine tool solutions.
- Developing and maintaining great relationships with all existing and potential suppliers of critical components with respect to technology, quality, pricing and delivery.
- Contributing mightily to the accomplishment of the mission of Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt Ltd and the mission/vision and cultural performance standard of Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt Ltd and establishing our code of conduct as the basic value system of the company.
- Being irrevocably in the learning mode (always above the 45-degree slope), and expecting the same of anyone with whom I come into contact.
- Providing help and guidance to the team members \xe2\x80\x93 Presales robotic Application Engineers, throughout Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt Ltd and having a deep understanding of the machine tool industry and its market.
- Giving constructive feedback to team leaders to help achieve the best team results in terms of quality and productivity.
- Being responsible for all robotic projects to meet schedules 100% while providing a clear competitive advantage as to the quickness of the process & providing our customers with the most cost-effective and productive solutions to their production processes.
