Key Responsibilities:

• 
  To support WGO mission and always have \xe2\x80\x9cbeneficiary first\xe2\x80\x9d mindset.
  
• Support University & Schools Channel Head in monitoring trainers performance on LMS
  
• Driving the students\xe2\x80\x99 performance on LMS for achieving output and outcome goals
  
• Provide virtual support (emails/over the call) to trainers using LMS.
  
• Support in field visits to collect feedback from students and trainers.
  
• Managing records and data files of ongoing programs
  
• Ensure the best possible learner experience and outcomes.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and demonstrate an ability to prioritize workload to tight deadlines.
  
• Provide inferences from analytics of student data.
  

Skills & Experience:

• Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  
• Experience: 2-5 years
  
• Excellent communication skills: Written and oral
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and analytical tools

Wadhwani Institute of Technology and Policy (WITP): Support government and civil society at large with the dual mission of \xe2\x80\x93 (1) Providing information, insights, and recommendations for the application of technology for policy making, policy implementation, and policy outcomes measurement. (2) Creating a Technology-focused Training Academy for upskilling policy makers, bureaucrats and technocrats with relevant technologies and the application of the same to their respective ministries and missions.
