Job Description


As the outbound lead, you will own weekly outbound efforts (cold emails), reporting and analysis, and new experiments to scale our outbound results. Key JTBDs 1. Own outbound channel efforts 2. Routinely build a list of new prospects based on Gooderas target market and ICPs. (assisted by interns) 3. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients. 4. Maintain CRM records and report outbound data and outcomes at a regular cadence to the management team 5. Experiment with multiple outbound approaches and content. Skills and expertise required:- 1. 2+ years of experience preferably in the B2B space 2. Experience with outbound sales efforts and campaigns is a must 3. Experience with global / US clients is a plus 4. You are creative and enjoy experimenting with sales outreach approaches 5. Data-focused - you rely on numbers as the source of truth in evaluating sales experiments 6. Relentless rigor in achieving numbers 7. Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative 8. Exceptional articulation skills (written and verbal) to present - ideas, approaches and solutions 9. Bias for action, high energy, perseverance, low ego and boundaryless behavior to propel the team and organization forward 10. A strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
