Sr. Analyst, Change Management (CM) will run the Syneos Health Change Management process and support CMDB and Service Readiness processes. Job Responsibilities Administer Change Management process to record changes to services in the environment. Timely and compliant processing of Change Requests (CRs). Monitor Overdue CRs and PIRs and follow-ups with Initiators. Inform CMDB and validation teams if there are pending tasks for overdue CRs. Participate in the Change Approval Board (CAB). Responsible for communication of service changes. Responsible for Change Management audits. . Identify and address Change Management process improvements. . Research and propose process, policy, or technology recommendations to align with road map maturity model and strategy . Prepare for and participate in control reviews and internal/external audit engagements . Utilize ServiceNow to support all process management, reporting, and governance activities . Prepare management reports for insight into process performance, adherence to policy and process, and Change Management effectiveness . Apply data health skills across the platform and monitor and maintain health dashboards. . Support CMDB processes . Support Service Readiness process. Qualifications Qualifications . Overall 8+ years with minimum of 6 years\' experience in ITIL processes and working in ServiceNow environment . Minimum 5 years\' experience with the ServiceNow platform . Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent experience required . ITIL v3 foundation practitioner level certification preferred Strong background on the ServiceNow CMDB Platform and capabilities. Knowledgeable of industry practices and trends for Change, CMDB and Asset management.
