Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership Job description/Specification for a HPS Program Manager Key Responsibilities .Successful planning, development, and execution of the assigned product and service development and/ or certification programs to fulfill contractual and business requirements within approved budget & schedule constraints. .Introduce the product thru Factory and arrange training of the Sales and Operations team on the product. .Leads cross- functional, cross-cultural and virtual program teams including Technology, Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Customer Support and Training across the globe to successfully achieve the program & business goals. .Uses theNPI process to achievecustomer deliverables, schedule, cost and related program milestones/ objectives. .Build program team and integrate into a collaborative, cohesive group with a common vision, mission, and Management Operating System. .Negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups settle differences with minimum noise win concessions without damaging relationships be direct and forceful as well as diplomatic gains trust quickly of other parties to the negotiations has a good sense of timing. .Deals effectively with various domestic and foreign third-parties (i.e., customers, vendors, and partners) for the benefit of all programs Skills .In depth knowledge ofProduct Development Lifecycle for Software. .Knowledge and experience in basic PM areas like Cost, Time, Risk and Integration Management .Experienced in Earned Value Management .Expert in usage of Microsoft project/any other scheduling tools .Ability to set judicious expectations and manage them with key stakeholders .Excellent problem solving, Influencing, Negotiate skills and good interpersonal relationship skills .Ability to forecast issues and have the courage to escalate to the appropriate level till an adequate resolution is achieved .Exercise clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in different operating environments .Ability to exercise balance between assertive, aggressive, supportive and coercive styles of leadership to achieve program results .Fast learning curve to absorb the domain knowledge HTSIND2022YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering
