Job Purpose: The role bearer has the responsibility to :
Manage aspects of the Credit Cards Marketing services in order to ensure that the overall marketing and Cards business function objectives are achieved
Position the Cards portfolio managed in the right way, to ensure the correct messages are disseminated, thus creating consumer awareness and demand while ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives
Manage and organize the CC product marketing activities and team. The role holder is expected to ensure that consistent brand and product messages are presented to customers, investors, the market and staff
Shape the CC Marketing team to the best marketing vertical (in terms of the team members skillsets / upskilling)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create / shape and implement Credit Card team\'s marketing strategy and marketing plan, aligned to the larger bank and product goals
Support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
Assist in defining the most representative product values for the cards vertical in order to deliver on the overall brand promise
Ensure the smooth running of the product teams\xe2\x80\x99 workflow and administrative processes
Maintain production/communication schedules, tracking peak periods and resourcing accordingly
Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
Work on up-skilling and improving the skillsets of the CC Product Marketing team, and drive closer collaboration with the product / business teams
Ensure the optimum marketing channel mix that will include digital media, offline channels, analytics and CRM (in conjunction with the brand team)
Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all IDFC First Bank\'s Credit Card offerings, premises and across media channels
Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Negotiate and liaise with third-party marketing agencies
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Capture and share best- practice knowledge amongst the team
Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the CC business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service
Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders
Keep abreast with latest trends in social communication and branding global best practices in marketing
Work on up-skilling and improving the skillsets of the CC Product Marketing team
Work on improving working relationships and cadences with agencies
Drive closer collaboration with the product / business teams
