Specialist Test Lead with Payroll Testing Background is preferred
Responsibilities
Strategy
The candidate should be a Senior test specialist with a passion for Functional testing in all testing-related activities from requirements gathering, test preparation and execution, test data and environment management as well as post implementation reviews.
The candidate would have a strong knowledge of DevOps and Agile delivery practices, as well as a disciplined approach to planning, execution and reporting.
Work with development team on day to day basis on the Project test progress meetings to effectively update the test progress and manage defects.
Align Test activities with the overall project plan and change agenda of the wider programme
Business
Effectively communicate to stakeholders the test status, highlight risks, and propose issue resolution
Ensure transition from Technology Testing to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase
Assist with the team\xe2\x80\x99s test effort from planning and organization to execution and delivery. Develop effective test strategies.
Processes
Work with team members to keep testing at the forefront of our SDLC.
Demonstrate intuition and knowledge about how to find unanticipated behaviours through exploratory testing, apply this knowledge with measurable result to improve the product\'s quality, and translate these newly discovered behaviours into automated tests.
Drive further adoption of unit/integration/system testing using cucumber and selenium, metrics to monitor code coverage, bug prevention strategies, and other quality measures.
Should have been an active member of Agile teams, partner with Software Developers, Product Managers, and other Test Engineers to identify the components of the system to be automated.

Qualifications
At least 8 years proven experience as a Functional Test lead having payroll test experience.
Having a background of testing Peoplesoft HRMS or SuccessFactors HRMS would be a value addition.
Automation Test Experience using Selenium is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with multi-location project delivery team is preferred.
Good communication skill (in English) and written skill (in English) to produce project required documentations
