Job Description

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Verification of T&E Expense Claims in Concur, Appzen Applications
- Ensure travel and expense report and expense receipts are accurate and comply with company policies
- Reconciliation and clearing of T&E GL accounts and month end accrual reports
- Employee profile creations and modifications. Concur Admin activities
- Dunning notices and follow-up with employees
- Provide Helpdesk support to all users
- Citi Card admin activities will be added advantage
- Remedy/ServiceNow tool query handling. Other duties as assigned

Minimum requirements
WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Bachelor\'s degree with 4 to 8 years in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
