About this opportunity

Monitoring Travel & Expense (T&E) claims and supervising spending habits in order to prevent unwanted activities from recurring. This work is supported by a sophisticated tool that detects behavioral patterns and inappropriate activity! The role also includes contacting employees and managers with requests for complementary information or action and involving other parties as the need arises!

What you will do

• Assist audit team members with walkthrough audit tools sessions in order to facilitate understanding of data in the business process
• Supports Assistant manager and performs coordination duties
• Plan, complete and follow-up delivery of services (team leader)
• Implement changes in processes, services and scope (team leader)
• Secure the performance quality together with the Assistant manager/Team coordinator
• Perform Compliance related activities and additional requirements from stakeholders

You will as a post- payment auditor:

• Supervising Travel & Expense claim behaviors and patterns
• Investigating cases selected by the analysis tool
• Interacting with employees, their managers and other parties as the need arises
• Taking care of the progress of ongoing cases
• Providing reports and observations to the stakeholders
• Identify serious red flags, fraudulent, ABC realted behaviors and report to the responsible organizations
