Overseeing AP postings, auditing samples to ensure quality and performing GR/IR reconciliations Preparing and delivering critical reports related to sales, margin, bookings and backlog reports Preparing key MIS reports including accounts receivables aging, manufacturing variance, PPV and other month-end reports Posting the cash application entries and preparing BRS Drive the Sales and Operation meeting by helping the factory to prepare for production and highlight the risks Driving process improvements and efficiencies Spearheading new automation projects and transitions Presenting key updates to stakeholders Qualifications A qualified CMA/CA with minimum 1-2 years of rich experience in SAP FICO (mainly AP and AR) and MIS reporting in Finance or a semi-qualified/ MBA with minimum 4 years of experience Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Prior project handling experience is preferred, but not mandatory German knowledge, will be a bonus Candidate should portray high accountability and timeliness, which is pivotal to the role Should be consistent in delivering the job A high level of enthusiasm to learn new things is expected Effective communication and situational adaptability are key
