Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:

• Support compliance and operational related activities involving compliance risk analysis, compliance audit readiness, compliance monitoring, reporting, and working on internal tool maintained by Novartis to enable the compliance operations.
• Deliver processing support to local country affiliates including data collection and validation, support & dispute query handling, BI reporting, and training.
• Drive accuracy and completeness through engagement with business and collection/tracking of relevant Events & spend data.
• Ensure service group reporting calendar is followed. Actively track compliance related pre-requisites for the capture of spend data including spend engagements with covered recipients, global data privacy arrangements, consent agreements and event approvals.
• Support Project and Strategic initiatives for optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes
• Work with other teams in Novartis (customers, IT, Finance and sourcing) to ensure data completeness and resolve issues.
• Maintains audit, SOP and training compliance.
• Ensure Internal Client satisfaction with quality of services provided.

Minimum requirements

What You\'ll bring to the role:
Essential:

• Any graduate (Finance+ MBA preferred) with 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Management with internal controls, IT and process.
• Advanced/ Intermediate excel, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management (global) and presentation skills.

Desirable requirements:

• Prior experience in Compliance functions or Pharma/business with understanding of Transparency laws is desired.
• Worked on Procurement/Billing/Invoicing/Reporting working on SAP/ERP platforms.
