Radix is looking to hire a Specialist-Events & Project Management , with 4+ years of experience in the field. We are a team of extremely bright, talented, and warm-hearted people looking for an efficient, motivated individual to plan, manage and streamline travel, event, and internal project-related processes across the Project Management team. You will play a key role in partnering with departments across the company to execute & fulfill requirements across project lines. What is the job like Planning and Execution: Creating project plans for events & projects and executing them, ensuring that all necessary elements are organized in a smooth and efficient manner Managing and tracking timelines for all deliverables for events and projects across teams, while working with internal and external stakeholders across departments Scheduling meetings and communicating efficiently with internal & external stakeholders Documentation on spreadsheets, Dropbox, etc. for all activities Procurement and Daily Operations: Finding & coordinating with vendors (locally + overseas) for procuring merchandise, gifting items, printing material Maintaining inventory of merchandise and other collaterals Well versed in making online purchases and tracking expenses Processing all incoming payment requests within the organization by working closely with the finance department Travel and Logistics: Manage travel & accommodation requests for employees traveling for conference and other official trips Booking/rescheduling flights directly on airlines websites, online portals or via the company\'s designated travel agency Basic to intermediate understanding of visa processes. Submit visa applications online and/or liaise with the designated travel agency Documentation of travel expenses incurred by the employees and settling accounts with the finance department What do you need 4+ Years of experience in managing operations/admin tasks/events At least a Bachelor\'s degree Highly organized and efficient at planning Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc. Proactive with the ability to manage things with minimal supervision Prior/Recent events organizing/managing experience is a plus Proficiency with travel desk-related tasks is a plus WE ARE THE RADICALS: At Radix we envision a world where there is no distinction between the real names and internet addresses of individuals and businesses.
