About part time job/internship

We at Disha Events are looking to hire event management interns to organize and assist in various exhibitions. The role requires the candidate to be versatile and wear many hats as it requires them to be involved right from planning to the execution of the event. This internship will give you a holistic experience of organizing an exhibition.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the organizing and designing of the exhibition
2. Proposing new events ideas
3. Pitching and following up about bookings and services to stallholders
4. Communicating about the event and promoting it (social media, emails, etc.)
5. Working on upstream preparation with transports, logistics, materials, accommodations, etc.
6. Collaborating with stakeholders
7. Welcoming participants during the event, on-site, or outside the company
8. Ensuring the success and smooth flow of the event
9. Follow-up and management of the budget granted
