We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, \'anchor\', days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Introduction: \' To work in a team environment for various functions of the unit as per specified service level agreements and to ensure optimal distribution of workload in order to achieve objective for the unit \' Responsible for the co-ordination of work carried out by the processors and ensure accurate and seamless execution of assigned workflow \' Manage day-to-day activities and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines and manage personal development goals \' Assist the Manager in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership What will you be doing \' Ensure daily Schedule Adherence \' Identify comprehensive target set of compliance data for users across teams. \' Ensure and deliver a high standard of quality in the KYC files in adherence to the bank\'s policies and procedures. \' Ensure all processes executed during the final overview of the KYC files are delivered per predefined Quality guidelines. \' Process cases in accordance to approved process and procedures, international regulations and within pre-agreed service levels and with speed and accuracy, working towards \'right first time\' objectives, taking ownership to resolve issues that may threaten remediation and refresh cycle timelines or Client satisfaction \' Adhere to quality control discipline, procedures and checks at all times \' Responsible for driving own performance management, collating relevant documentation, preparing for and arranging self-performance reviews \' Ensure SLA and Controls Adherence \' Using expert KYC knowledge, communication and problem solving skills to analyse KYC information, that has been provided by Clients or sourced from the public domain, for a broad range of Business Banking Clients \' Manage escalations and loop managers in all circumstances \' Develop a good understanding of the overall KYC operations process. \' Monitor and evaluate compliance data and information collected in support of activities within your role \' Embrace continuous changes and challenges handle various initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned by line management. \' Keep accurate track record of all assigned requests, from receipt through execution of requests.
