Introduction: We are looking for an experienced digital advertising professional who is at home in the fast-paced world of technology & trends, with the ability to creatively harness them to develop the future of ads. Unlike standard mobile advertising solutions, mCanvas empowers brands to weave more effective and engaging brand stories by integrating smartphone sensors & features into the ad-creative. The Creative Strategist will apply such cutting-edge tech solutions to develop industry-first innovations and award-winning ideas for mCanvas clients.
The primary responsibility of this position is to create strong conceptual and strategy-based advertising across mobile media for clients. The role shapes the studio’s creative approach and is responsible for the quality of the deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceiving truly engaging concepts and overseeing development of appealing visual mock-ups, as well as interactive working demos by the respective teams
  • Taking ownership of campaigns from production to completion, effectively executing mobile advertising campaigns as per brand identity and objectives
  • Working with Creative Strategists, Designers, and Web-Developers to determine feasibility, as well as scheduling and prioritizing their queues to bring your creative vision to life
  • Gathering client feedback from the account managers and incorporating it into your creatives
  • Delivery of high quality output even with tight deadlines
  • Strategically developing the UI/UX of the creatives, and optimizing campaign performance based on analysis of user trends, feedback, and data
  • Brainstorming ideas and collaborating with other Creative Strategists
  • Pitching ideas to clients by clearly articulating benefits of the team’s creative concepts
  • Ensuring internal working processes (planning, development, execution, etc.) are run efficiently while maintaining thoughtful, professional, and direct communication with the team
  • Following the latest in media trends for copywriting, designing, advertising, web/mobile technologies, and marketing as well as pop-culture & current hot-topics.

Required Skills:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a digital agency environment, preferably with a focus on copywriting
  • Strong grasp of the digital landscape, especially its technological and creative possibilities & limitations
  • Prior experience working with a team of Designers, Copywriters, Creative Strategists, Web-developers, and the Sales team
  • Excellent command of the English language (grammar, spelling and vocabulary) with proficiency in any other regional languages being a plus
  • Either have existing knowledge, or be tech-savvy enough to quickly grasp the workings of mobile and web technologies, devices, device sensors and key digital principles
  • Polished client presentation skills, demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses problems and requirements set forth in a creative brief
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Empathy and enthusiasm for businesses – big and small as well as brands of all kinds
