- Support - Digital Marketing is responsible for executing digital strategies to enhance our online presence, drive performance & brand awareness, manage online complaints. They should be a data-driven, creative, and forward-thinking individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.Authority: This position is accountable for :- Brand Management through social media, Influencer marketing and online reputation management - Develop an Organic presence through SEO, ASO & Google My Business (Local Search) - Implement performance marketing strategies for both offline and e-commerce channels in the digital realm.- Collaborate with agencies for all digital needs.Responsibility : This position is primarily responsible for :- To drive actions on - Design & execute paid advertising initiatives on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other pertinent channels, in collaboration with the agency. - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, social media, Influencer, & email marketing, in collaboration with the agency- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the agency to create compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, in collaboration with the agency. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the digital landscape and translate insights into actionable strategies for the brand. - Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Manage brand reputation & solve customer complaints Online.- Analyze online statistics; overall trends and subsets by Sites/Rating/Keywords and identify ongoing trends and potential mitigation solutions. - Manage multiple social media campaigns across all the above across multiple geographies with external & internal partners.Span : Team contributor role (ref:updazz.com)
