Job Description


Sourcing & creating talent pipeline

  • Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github etc.) to proactively scout for and connect with potential candidates
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Assist the recruitment team with sourcing high-volume roles and/or corporate roles by leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed resume database and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Collaborate with core Talent Acquisition Team / business team / HRBP team to identify each position's requirements
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Successfully utilize applicant tracking system to elevate and maximize the hiring process.
  • Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
  • Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
  • Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns
  • Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience
  • Provide market intelligence to staffing/sourcing strategy through building relationships and leveraging networks.
  • Carry out market mapping of identified critical roles & maintain the database for future reference
  • Partner with recruiters to share market/candidate pool knowledge/ideas and to gain information/insight on recruiting challenges
ATS Updation & Reporting
  • Publishing positions on the ATS, screening the applied candidate profile & update / action on the candidate's profile
  • Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database / ATS
  • Track conversion rates of sourced candidates that have advanced to interviews, offers and hire
  • Ensure the sourcing metrics defined for the role are always adhered to
Employer Branding
  • Network and actively promote our brand through creation and utilization of recruitment branding materials.
  • Participate in establishing an "employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
