Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github etc.) to proactively scout for and connect with potential candidates
Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
Assist the recruitment team with sourcing high-volume roles and/or corporate roles by leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed resume database and other creative sourcing methods.
Collaborate with core Talent Acquisition Team / business team / HRBP team to identify each position's requirements
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Successfully utilize applicant tracking system to elevate and maximize the hiring process.
Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
