Lead, prepare and manage challenging bidding initiatives in the areas of office fit-outs and refurbishments, building infrastructure, furniture and other real estate services support analysis of proposals and producing recommendations as well as managing the evaluation across cross-functional teams to determine selected supplies Establish and maintain strong and close relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders Negotiate deals to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes Development of purchasing strategies including control of supplier management Developing spend / market analysis and evaluations Identify ways to improve related business-as-usual process Collaboration with our teams in the different countries Profile required: Education in the real estate sector / facility management / purchasing or e.g. structural draftsman, civil engineering, architecture Several years of professional experience in a comparable function or e.g. as owners representative / project manager, estimator in the construction environment or facility manager General understanding of Sourcing Operations, Buying processes and best practives Understanding of typical risks and contractual mitigation/management of Real Estate, Facility Management project Experience in review, negotiation and execution of contracts with vendors (including JCT and FIDIC templates) Excellent negotiation and communication skills Experience in (senior) stakeholder management Team player and high social competence Fluent written and spoken in German and English, other languages are an advantage Why Chain IQ You will take responsibility and will be granted the level of freedom as needed You will have the possibility to grow both personally and professionally We offer a fair and market-oriented compensation We individually support your personal development in order to strengthen your competences We have a culture of open and honest communication as well as appreciation
