- Total experience:- 3-4 years as sales / sourcing in real estate
- Minimum experience:- 1-2 years of relevant real estate sales
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, real estate, or a related field
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong market research and analysis capabilities.
- Relationship-building and networking skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Identify potential real estate opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and clients.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and facilitate the purchase/sale process.
- Provide market insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company\'s growth.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and regulations affecting the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property types, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
