Gourmet Garden is hiring for a Sourcing/Procurement Executive (Fruits & vegetables) for Hyderabad. This position is responsible for the procurement of F&V produce & ensures quality of sourcing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the procurement of organic fruits & vegetables 2. Identify suppliers, farmers, vendors for organic produce. 3. Define all quality aspects towards all product providers 4. Ensure all suppliers meet quality standards, pricing, delivery timelines. Education: Good to have bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Agriculture or similar qualification. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in fresh fruits & vegetables procurement, sourcing Knowledge and Skills: Must be fluent in local languages like Kannada, Tamil, Hindi etc. Candidate must possess strong organizational skills and effective contract negotiation skills. Ability to solve challenging problems, prioritizes, meet deadlines, and works with minimal direction. Open to travel to meet vendors, farmers etc. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 99,835.16 - 930,118.67 per month Schedule:
