Job Summary: As a Sourcing Executive at Vardhman Developers, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by ensuring a steady pipeline of real estate brokers who will assist in property sales and leasing. Your role will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts and expanding our network of real estate professionals. : \xc2\xb7 Identify and source real estate broker databases relevant to our target markets. \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to engage with potential brokers. \xc2\xb7 Activate brokers by ensuring their understanding of our offerings and their commitment to working with Vardhman Developers. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the tele-calling team to provide them with accurate and up-to-date contact information. \xc2\xb7 Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure lead generation targets are met. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and schedule broker visits to our project sites or sales offices. \xc2\xb7 Follow up on broker visits to address queries and move them through the sales pipeline. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sourcing, broker engagement, or a related field within the real estate industry. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of broker database procurement and management. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of successful broker outreach and activation. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
