Position Title: Sourcing Specialist
Location: BLR (Bangalore)
Working Hours: US Timing Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members in the US to understand sourcing requirements.
Source and evaluate service vendors across various industries, including Waste Management and heavy equipment leasing.
Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to ensure competitive bids.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of services.
Monitor market trends and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies.
Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

Excellent language skills, particularly in English (Natural accent, verbal and written skills)
Proven experience in sourcing and vendor management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.
Knowledge of industries such as Waste Management and heavy equipment leasing is a plus.
