Urgent hiring for Solutions Lead - BI Solutions (Solution Architect) Role Location - Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Gurgaon Work Mode - Hybrid Experience - 12+ years Purpose of the Role: The purpose of the Solutions Lead - BI Solutions role, operating as a Solution Architect, is multifaceted and pivotal to the success of our business endeavours. This role is to lead, innovate, and drive excellence in the development and implementation of BI solutions, ultimately contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives and fostering data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. Domain & Technology Expertise: Technologies covering Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions like Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense, SQL, Python etc., good understanding of ETL, Data Warehouse solutions. Job Responsibilities: Owns Data Analytics offering as a Solution Architect: Responsible for overseeing all aspects related to the solutions provided within Data Analytics & BI Solutions. This implies that the person has full responsibility over designing, reviewing solutions, implementation, and maintenance. Ensure that the solutions meet high standards of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Enforces standards: Working closely with Head of Solutions in establishing and maintaining standards and best practices within Data Analytics & BI Solutions ensuring that all solutions adhere to these standards, which may include technical specifications, design principles, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes. Actively monitor compliance with these standards and take corrective action when necessary to maintain consistency and quality across all offerings. Accountable for all solution and quality delivery for Service Line: Accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of solutions and maintaining quality within Data Analytics and BI Solutions. Responsible for the outcomes and performance of the solutions, both from a technical and business perspective. Capability and Thought leadership influence: Play a significant role in driving capability and thought leadership within Data Analytics and BI Solutions that include skills, expertise, and competencies needed to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
