Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as a customer advocate during SaaS delivery
- Coordinate resources towards customer success
- Manage priorities across downstream teams
- Maintain continuous improvement mindset
- Translate business goals and requests into executable requirements
- Introduce and train customer administrators on SaaS user provisioning
- 5+ years of general technical experience
- 2+ years of managing or coordinating technical projects
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel mastery
- Technical or Project Management Certifications
- Ability to manage and direct Customer Communications
- Experience with service management tools such as Salesforce
- Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps
- Cloud provider experience a huge plus
Intergraph Smart® Cloud is Hexagon PPM's Software as a Service (SaaS) environment for delivering Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division applications in a high-performance, secure, and reliable fashion. PPM’s Smart Cloud team is looking for technically inclined Solutions Delivery Manager to drive initiatives to completion regarding new customer onboardings, implementing technology changes, and incorporation of new processes. The Solutions Delivery Manager will accomplish this with excellent communication with customers and internal teams, stellar organizational skills to maintain project integrity, and strong technical aptitude to create comprehensive project plans with technical contributors. Skills Required:
Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology, majoring in Computer Science or Information Science
