The team you’ll be part of The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
What you will learn and contribute to The purpose of the role is to support the offer preparation for the opportunities related to Nokia DAC solution. The main responsibility area will be to understand the requirements of Customers/ CT/ EBC and build the Offer with the help of Nokia DAC tools/ dimensioning guidelines. This role will be mainly focussing on the NDAC Radio portfolio related requirements.

• Excellent in depth understanding of Radio Access (mainly 4G/ 5G) concepts and capability to translate to clear customer value and benefits.
• Proficient in handling highly technical queries and discussing technical concepts related to Radio Access Technologies including 4G/5G.
• Should be able to build and manage peer network in the different business verticals including but not limited to CTs/ Product Line/ ND Team/ EBC etc.
• Should be able to influence customer towards Nokia value propositions and mainly from Nokia DAC solution USPs perspective for Enterprise customers.
• Should be able to provide competence development for teams and learn from available technical documentation
• Provides best-in-class product sales material (technical documentation, presentations, USPs, value-based Argumentation.
• Should be able to build the Bill of Quantity (BoQ), responding to Statement of Compliance and prepare the technical solution description.

Your skills and experience Job Grade/Level:7/8 An Electronics & Communications Engineering graduate with - understanding of Radio concepts is required. Main Experience requirement - strong understanding of Radio Access technology/concepts.

• Minimum 10 years of Experience on the Radio Access technologies (4G/5G) with sound understanding of basic radio access fundamentals
• Nokia Solutions Portfolio Understanding; mainly towards Nokia Radio solution portfolio/ products.
• Knowledge on Core/ IP routing/ 5G applications will be added advantage.
• Should have basic solution designing ability
• Basic Bid Management/ Technical solution stitching skills
• Services business understanding
• Understand Enterprise Business Customers to provide relevant Radio Access Solutions.
