• Should have sound knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tool, all the modules, configuration, and best practices.
• Must manage the migration projects and provide solutions independently as per the SOW.
• Custom solution builds and should have good knowledge of all the SolarWinds deployment in On-Prem or cloud-based infrastructure.
• Skills to manage large infrastructure and develop best fit solution based on the client’s usage and function. Integrating the SolarWinds with ITSM tools like Service Now or Remedy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of other monitoring tools like Nagios would be added benefit.
• Regularly participate in internal team mentoring programs and knowledge sharing to skill up the junior team members.
• Should analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs.
• Often assumes technical and project leadership roles. May function as a consultant or researcher.
• May manage schedule, quality, and technical solution on assigned projects in coordination with project leadership. May overs schedule, quality, and technical solution performance of staff.
• Flexible to work in shifts based on the support framework and on-call support.

You will be successful in this role if you have: • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent work experience. • Specific technical skill requirements include proficiency in demonstrating/performing one or more skills in each technical skill group. • Advanced level knowledge and experience with software and system engineering lifecycle and tools including requirements development, configuration management and software sustainment. • Advanced knowledge of system and software architecture frameworks. eeo
