Job Description

Will be responsible as a SW Test Engineer for multiple applications at ASPICE SWE5 and
SWE6 Levels
\xef\x82\xb7 Will be responsible for TestCase creation and execution on targeted HW products
\xef\x82\xb7 Will be part of a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined product development and testing teams
working on projects involving multiple locations(local as well as international).
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze and understand the Functional Requirements/ Design Requirements and develop
Test Cases for System / Integration / Functional testing as per V \xe2\x80\x93 Cycle
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform manual and automated functional test on simulator bench
\xef\x82\xb7 Handle Target Electronic HW day-in and day-out
\xef\x82\xb7 Test automation using python frameworks.
\xef\x82\xb7 Debugging embedded software on target using test bench/ In-circuit emulator
\xef\x82\xb7 Report status of testing activities to Lead/Manager

Essential Requirements / Skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of C language, CAPL scripting & Python Scripting
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Automotive communication protocols like UART, CAN, LIN & UDS Protocols
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Vector tools like CANoe, CANape, vFlash, ODX Studio, VT System(Small/Full)
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Debugging tools like Lauterbach, Segger etc and its SW like Trace32 and Ozone/JFlash or any equivalent
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of handling LAB Equipements like Oscilloscopes, Programmable Power Supply,Function Generators, Multimeters, Current Probes etc
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of test methods and test management
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of electronics HW and has handled hardware before with basic knowledge ofcircuits, pcb and soldering
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge on requirement,configuration & defect management tools like Polarion, Bitbucket & Jira
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of GIT & GIT Tools like SmartGit, Sourcetree
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills and high intercultural social competence
\xef\x82\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with teams spread geographically and Agile in approach
\xef\x82\xb7 Good analytical and problem solving skills
Desirable Requirements / Skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with Automated Test Equipment framework - HIL simulators (PXI / dSPACE /
Opal RT Vector VT system ) is an added advantage
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with Motor and Inverters is desirable
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of automotive ASPICE Standard and ISO 26262 Standard required
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge on Cybersecurity is desirable
