Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
• 9 -12 years of experience in software testing with manual and automation skills in a global organization.
• Hands-on with testing activities like requirement analysis, Test case writing, Test case execution, test case review and defect logging.
• Hands on experience of API testing using tools like SoapUI, Postmaster, JMeter etc.
• Hands-on experience on automation tools like Cypress, Selenium, UFT, K6 etc.
• Proficiency in any Test Management tool like HP-ALM/X-Ray JIRA etc.
• Proactive with good interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
• Complete awareness about testing lifecycle and defect life cycle.
• Well versed with Agile practices.
• Hands-on experience on Automation testing
• Agility and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

• Has good understanding and rich experience of different types and levels of testing and test metrics.
• Experience in review of test artifacts (scenarios, test cases, dataset, defects definition) and ensure proper coverage.
• Strong logical and analytical abilities
• Zeal to understand and learn new domain/technology
• Basic programming skills preferred
• Expertise in Core Banking Domain
• Have knowledge on \xe2\x80\x9cas a service\xe2\x80\x9d model on Cloud
• Should be able to
• Identify the test data required for testing and able to create required test data / mocks as required.
• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
• Ensuring the appropriate planning and management of the test deliverables
• Assessing the progress and effectiveness of the test effort
• Advocating the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important Defects
• Advocating an appropriate level of testability focus in the teams.
• Focus on Visualization & Prioritization Of Business Scenarios

What you will do

• Managing inter-team communications and interactivity across different Agile teams within the same project in the global organization
• Helping teams to quickly gather information about the various risks involved in using a solution.
• Enabling teams to make rapid decisions in selecting a blend of appropriate manual and automated approaches for the testing.
• To identify bottlenecks by receiving input from all the agile teams and cross-system activities to reflect on the overall status of application quality.
• Ensuring the teams (Scrum Teams) to implement and follow guidelines and best practices for standardized test methodology
• Monitoring the appropriate test measurements and KPI among the scrum teams.
