Responsible for providing outstanding technical support to a global customer base.

Keeps ownership for the resolution of complex technical problems, including debugging, simulations, locating bugs, tool and script development for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and reproduction.

  • Overall, 5 years of experience as a Software Support Engineer
  • Ability to lead 2-3 support engineers and own product support interpedently
  • Good knowledge/understanding of support/ ITIL processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience in Linux, PL/SQL or TSQL, Agile (Scrum), Kanban
  • Expertise in estimating support efforts and plan and prioritize activities
  • Telecom experience/knowledge will be an advantage
  • Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.
