Your profile

• EngineeringGraduate in Computer Science, Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering,Computer Technology, or equivalent knowledge.
• You should have minimum 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• You should have minimum 2+ years of experience in leading a QA Team

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and manage allaspects of the testing effort, including plans, inter dependencies, schedule,budget, tools, and required personnel.
• Collaborate with the ProductDevelopment team to ensure consistent project execution.
• Drive adoption of automationand increase penetration of automation including Automation tool proposals,hands-on on POC creation, drive the Automation initiatives
• Drive the regression testingapproach, automate regression bed, risk-based testing as per the sprint cycles.
• Define and drive theQA/Automation metrices, ensure SLA adherence per contracts
• Liaison between business andQA teams to deliver value streams
• Admin set-up for the accountto start Offshore QA Delivery Centre, ramping up the team.
• Facilitate cross-training andutilization of resources & achieve multi-skilling in teams to driveproductivity improvements
• Innovation & AutomationInitiatives; provide continuous improvement strategies for increasingproductivity and reducing cost to serve
• Investigate product qualityin order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
• Staffing process, includingresource need assessment, hiring, work allocation, progress reporting, careermentorship and promotion recommendations
• Create & maintain testcases, metrics & strategy, test plan, QA project plan, traceability matrix,entry & exit criteria and test data documents
• Allocate offshore resourcesto different projects and assigned tasks & deadlines based on the projectwork plan
• Review the documentation andtasks performed by the peer team members and provided feedback as and whenneeded
