Summary As a Software Engineer - UI, you will be responsible to meet with the design team to discuss application features, create application mockups, and write the code for the final design, and implement on one or more modules, subsystems, or services for Ultrasound Digital. In addition, you will focus on activities to improve software quality and development methodologies. In this role, you will be part of a digital group focusing on cloud application development that derives value from machine and clinical data coming from our medical devices. Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for Creating a website and application design mock-ups with enhanced UI features Presenting updated front-end designs for final sign-off. Writing the front-end code and building the user interface. Debugging code errors and troubleshooting software issues. Conducting live application tests and tweaks. Updating web applications in line with user trends. Education Qualification : Bachelor\'s degree (master preferred) in computer science or related field. 4+ years of experience in software development. Must Have: In-depth knowledge of user interface models, application design, website functionality, Java 4+ years of exp in building UI applications in VUE.JS, React JS, Java script, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, etc Experience in Vue.js framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM Vue.js ecosystem including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxtjs Experience in Micro-frontend, Experience using CSS tools and frameworks such as Bootstrap and Semantic UI Experience in development of applications based on Java, Spring Boot platform Good knowledge in delivering standard, compliant (W3C, XHTML) and accessible (WCAG, 508) websites. Preferred skills: Experience in other UI technologies like AngularJS Experience and best practices for designing, publishing, documenting, analyzing, and managing APIs to drive consumption, collaboration, and internal/external reuse. Understanding of CI/CD build environment Experience with Automated unit test (i.e., JUnit, Mocking frameworks), Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behaviour-driven development (BDD) (i.e., Cucumber).
