Location (Bengaluru & Jaipur) We are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer that has a true passion for coding and building products, to join our agile working environment and a friendly team that has a strong passion for transforming fintech. Your work will include implementing backend and frontend tasks, helping & coaching our frontend and backend developers, defining the architecture of the platform, and leading the engineering together with the CTO. You also will work closely with the UI/UX designers and researchers in the team. Drive the vision, strategy, team, and product. Have a big impact on the direction of the company.

You will be working in sync with product management and design on large-scale fintech problems which define an industry. You will have the opportunity to build products ground up and have a massive impact on the future of the company.
Building applications that will scale up! Working towards engineering systems that support 10,000 transactions per second!
Developing features/products based on a given set of requirements and design.
Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance.
Participating in engineering processes including code reviews, peer reviews, etc.

The Ideal Profile You possess a degree in Computer Science/ Engineering and have at least 3 years of experience with PHP MVC frameworks. Experience in Laravel/Lumen is a plus.
You are proficient in new-age front-end technologies and database.
You have good knowledge of RESTful APIs and Services and writing APIs.
You also possess good knowledge of web security implementations, NoSQL, Python, GIT/SVN management.
You can analyze log files and events, ELK, etc would be a plus.
Knowledge of AWS/Google Cloud would be a plus.
You are passionate about the intersection of technology and creativity.
You are a strong team player and enjoy coaching people and building a good team culture around you.
Youre a generalist and can independently learn about new areas.
You like to identify and then solve complex tasks with simple solutions.
