Key Applicant Requirements

Should be an immediate joiner / serving Notice Period.

B.E / B. Tech / M. Tech / MCA / equivalent regular degree

Minimum 2 years relevant experience with advanced coding skills

Advanced knowledge of JavaScript

Commanding grasp of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, UI/UX Development

Experience with React.js web framework

Deep knowledge of UI development leading practices

Nice to have working experience: experience working in several modernization or migration projects, experience in executing load/performance testing

Experience developing code across a full application stack

Ability to work in areas outside of their usual comfort zone and get things done

Experience working in a team-based, agile development environment

Supervision - Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead)s.

Having a High Result Orientation, Critical and Analytical thinking, Problem Solving, and Planning and Organizing competencies.

Experience in driving change and innovation as well as communicating effectively to different type of audiences.

Having a good understanding in overall Software Architecture, Application Design and Development as well as Infrastructure Architecture/Topology.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers across the team to iterate on the design and implementation of our product

Work in an iterative manner that fits well with the development practices and pace within the team

Build efficient and reusable front-end systems, frameworks and abstractions

Debug and address UI performance issues

Identify and communicate front-end best practices
