The OpportunityOur product development organization is looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, maintain, and test features for our enterprise software product, Hub. If you are someone who has a passion for developing great software, implementing new features, and fixing defects, we encourage you to apply. The Hub team focuses on creating and extending our product features and the software development toolset that form the core of our Software Lifecycle and DevOps Integrations products.What You\'ll Do

• Contribute to the design and development of features with support from team members by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigate, fix, and test defects and problem areas.
• Following the software development lifecycle.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating and analyzing problem definitions, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Support customer escalations and resolve production incidents to improve customer success.

What You\'ll BringSkills and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of development experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure services. AWS preferred
• 1+ years of experience with Java, and its idioms and design patterns
• 1+ years of experience with relational databases such as RDS
• Experience with AngularJS or React
• Experience working with API design & API client design
• A self-starter with the ability to work effectively in teams with clear communication
• Experience maintaining and deploying highly available, fault-tolerant systems
• Experience working with remote / distributed teams and projects.

Great candidates have:

• Experience designing SDKs, Java libraries, software application frameworks
• Experience working with:
• Jenkins
• Docker configuration
• Test-drive development
• Windows/Linux installers
