Responsible for IT Software Asset management operations & tool mgmt. for Visteon Globally o Receive/Maintain all license detail of Software and Infrastructure Assets o Support IT & Business and OEM Audits pertaining to IT Assets like TISAX, ITAF, ISO 27001. o Coordinate with IT Purchase on procurements for assigned site(s) o Coordinate with MP&L team on IT Software assets inward/outward across various sites, VLIMS Application update/tracking & other items related to MP&L o Coordinate with Finance team on IT assets for FAR (Fixed Asset register) & other items related to finance o Coordinate with Site IT teams across sites for issuing/receiving IT assets o Support Senior Coordinator/IT Manager to maintain Asset tracker o Support in creating/Publishing weekly/Monthly and other reports to IT Management team as required o Provide technical expertise for infrastructure/Asset solutions o Day to Day Operations in Software Asset Management o Support in technical & Commercial evaluation of various quotes & any comparative study o Should have knowledge of latest Service Desk tools like Service Now for ITIL processes o Coordinate with all supporting functions/external vendors for any asset movement across sites o Coordinate with Visteon/Purchased services employees for issuing of IT asset/receipt of assets as required o Prepare IT disposal/software renewal list on a frequent (As determined by IT Management), and present it to IT Manager o Facilitate with MP&L, Purchase, Finance and other supporting teams to initiate asset disposal o Ensure assets are disposed without any delay; escalate as required to Site/IT Manager as required o Work along with Senior coordinator to ensure that infrastructure partners meet their SLAs and KPIs.

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Experiences

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Science, or related Engineering field. o Minimum 12 to 15 years overall experience in IT domain (IT Operations) o Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience in Software Asset Management o Experience in evaluation & full life cycle implementation of Software Asset Management Tools (like ServiceNow/Flexera / SNOW etc ) is a must o Understanding of compliance of software like Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Dassault etc will be added advantage o Working with Software Industry is added advantage o Experience of Vendor Management & Governance based on SLA o Experience and interests to work in multiple time zones (India & US (1/2 of the time). o Excellent oral and written communication skills o Experience in Infrastructure Hardware asset management - Servers, Switches, End user devices & other IT assets management would be a plus o Knowledge on various licenses options like enterprise, perpetual etc. is essential o Experience in CMDB mgmt. is must o Knowledge on various types of IT Audits is good to have
