Job Description


The Social Media Operations & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for working as part of the Labcorp social media team to facilitate operations and metrics reporting. The Social Media Operations & Analytics Specialist will be expected to assist the Labcorp social media team in managing day-to-day operations and provide insights and analytics that will fine-tune future strategy, content, and audience-building work. This will include coordinating and managing projects, maintaining the Labcorp social media editorial calendars, publishing social media posts, and compiling and analyzing social media metrics. The ideal candidate will be a skilled project manager who excels at making data come to life and has a passion for social media. Responsibilities/Duties Maintain social media editorial calendar and project tracker. Oversee social media projects in Workfront and track progress for the team. Contribute to social media projects as needed, including ideation, planning, development, and approvals. Publish approved social media posts to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn and PostBeyond. Develop social media reports in Sprinklr and PostBeyond and compile for Data Analytics team. Assist social media team with analyzing data to garner insights and optimizations for various initiatives. Develop custom social media reports for various business units as needed. Coordinate team and agency meetings to help move projects forward. Interpret and present data in a cohesive and visually compelling manner. Experience: Minimum Required: 1-2+ years of experience in social media or data analytics Experience with social networking and analytics tools (i.e., Hoot Suite, Brand24, NetBase, Google Analytics, TrendKite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, etc.) Comfortable with Workfront or similar project management tools Education/Qualifications/Certifications and Licenses Recommended: Background in Healthcare or Biopharmaceutical Industry a plus Degree with a concentration in communications, journalism, public relations, or marketing preferred Competencies: Excellent organizational skills: the proven capability to manage projects from start to finish Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work as an individual and as part of a team Work well within a fast-paced customer centric environment and with a variety of stakeholders. Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with expert attention to prioritize tasks effectively under tight timelines.
